Individual One on One Performance Coaching includes up to 4
scheduled 60-minute sessions per month, via telephone or in person with
unlimited emails throughout the month.
Shorter or longer sessions are an option as well. This is an opportunity to bring to the table
your specific “wants” and “needs”, feeling supported along the way through your
journey.
Crash through unconscious self-imposed barriers that hold you back and feel confident, focused, and powerful in any situation.
Develop a mindset that says “no” to excuses and “yes” to taking confident action while powering-up your thoughts, words, and actions to get incredible results.

Why a playing field instead of a workshop?
The word workshop has become diluted into meaning a long amount of time spent
away from your desk with very few takeaways (often increasing your stress
load). Most attendees groan when they hear the word
"workshop".
If we all met on the playing field, we
can have some fun, learn new techniques and begin practicing right away.
And on this practice field, we are all beginners preparing for "game
day"!
Because everyone and every company is different, we will work with you to customize each program to fit your audience. Programs listed are available as key note speeches, conference breakout sessions or team meetings.
“Playing Field” Workshops Include:
1. Listen Up! (or down or sideways)
Discover the secret to getting through to absolutely anyone. Learn how to listen to anyone and be heard yourself.
2. Master Your Strengths, Hug Your Weaknesses.
Learn to identify your strengths, uncover how to master them and balance them against your weaknesses. A chance to move forward with what you already have deep inside and stop wasting your energy on the wrong improvements to make.
3. Opportunity Doesn’t Always Arrive Gift Wrapped.
An opportunity to learn how to navigate and embrace change. Understand why change is so hard on us and our bodies and learn to embrace the change that is made for you or based on what you want.
4. Stressing Over Stress?
As it is counter cultural to manage our stress nowadays as your success is often measured by your stress, we often are in a conflict with ourselves of wanting to reduce our stress while maintaining our level of importance. This workshop is a chance to understand what stress is, where it REALLY comes from, how to manage it, and how to ultimately reduce your stress around stress.
5. Move Your Buts…Navigating Change.
Stuck? Ready to become unstuck? What is holding you back? Usually your “buts”. Uncover your “buts” and learn to move them….
6. Nothing Grows in Ice.
A mind that is frozen does not offer an environment conducive for growth. So how do we melt the ice that has our minds frozen and nurture our creativity? You will learn to not only "think outside of the box", but "do out of the box" as well.
7. Are You Fear-Full? (What are you running from?)
A chance to learn what it means to live a “fear-free” life and why we make most of our decisions based on fear. Do you often find yourself holding back because of fear? Explore life if fear wasn’t a barrier for you…
8. Beginner’s Mind.
Why is being a beginner so bad in our society? And what happens when you move from mastery back to the beginning? Magic….Learn how to embrace your beginner’s mind and reap the rewards from the new perspective.
9. Mindful or Mindfull?
Living in the “now” is a buzz word being battered around, but what does it truly mean to live presently? Are you living an authentic, mindful life or is your mind full, scattered and far from being present? Explore what it means to live fully present.
